Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase if the item is defective out of the box. Items marked as final sale are non refundable. Products that are used and then attempting a return your return in non-refundable. If an item purchased is no longer something you need or want it is not considered for a return. When buying parts from Vrooom Armament LLC, you confirm you have the ability to install and tech your airsoft replica as required. Vrooom Armament LLC offers a paid for service option for us to look at your rifle and try to solve any issues you may be having. This being said, anything installed with the Build Service is considered final sale since we (Vrooom Armament LLC) are able to ensure everything is working properly before shipping. To manage your expectations we are able to provide extensive hours of tech advice for parts purchased that have been installed, but you the buyer need to be capable of installing the parts you purchased. All parts are inspected before dispatch to ensure product quality. To submit a return request first send an email to vrooomarmament@aol.com with details to your order, order #, name, and photos of your ordered item. If the product is noticeably damaged by the end user it voids your warranty. There is a 5% restocking fee on returns, and the shipping costs paid for your shipment are deducted. Customers provide their own shipping label to return item so that you can be refunded. Depending on the outcome of the return if it meets the requirements, you will receive a full refund -5% restocking fee and minus the original outgoing shipping fee. When this situation occurs, that the order needs to be cancelled for any reason there will be a deduction of the processing fees (-5%) that were needed for your order to be placed. If a shipment is showing as not deliverable and returned to us, the additional return shipping fees charged to us by the shipping company will be deducted from any amount refunded. *It is the Customer's responsibility to research any local restrictions concerning the products being purchased. By purchasing products from Vrooom Armament you agree that you are responsible for knowing your countries policies regarding airsoft, and any additional fees related to import taxes, tariffs, VAT, etc. The buyer assumes all responsibility for the shipment once it has left here. *We will not be held responsible for shipments seized by any country's customs and are not eligible for any refunds. Should an order be requested to be delivered to a country where Airsoft and the associated products are illegal, we will not be held responsible for customs seizure of your products. No refund will be issued. Any package(s) with tracking stating the item was delivered as addressed shall be assumed to be properly handled and delivered by whatever carrier service was last in possession of it and no refunds will be issued. As of 2026 due to certain conflicts overseas there are no longer refunds for orders international, which means you take full responsibility for your order. I will help in the possible retrieval of your package and with cooperation from the buyer we may be able to find a reimbursement resolution, but this is NOT guaranteed. Vrooom Armament LLC reserves the right to refuse any sale without prior notification.
